The DESMI DSL pumps are single-stage, double-suction, vertical, in-line, centrifugal pumps. The design of the suction side provides for a perfect flow, and the inlet is placed in line with the outlet. Add to this the advanced double-suction impeller and the result is high efficiency and low NPSH-values.
Design Features
The pumps are fitted with bearings and mechanical shaft seal at both top and bottom. This gives a robust construction, designed for trouble-free continuous duty.

motor and piping, providing Significant advantages.

The NSL range is a series of sturdy and reliable pumps, and the development of the pumps has been based on the latest methods for the calculation of strength and optimum performance.
Design Features
The pump is a vertical in-line, radialy split, single-stage centrifugal pump with connecting flanges according
to international standards. The pump is designed for mounting with electric motors having different international
flange dimensions.
The supreme performance is secured by casing design optimizing, impellers with double-curved blades and
replaceable wear rings

The industrial design, compact with a clear-cut cylindrical form, together with the practical advantages such as easy assembling and modular construction of all components secure a long and unproblematic operation.
Design features
The priming is based on the diffuser principle, which means that the priming ability is independent of valves
and other mechanical elements
as it is the flow of liquid that carries the air.
In addition the diffuser principle has the effect that the Modular S can pump slightly polluted as well as air-
mixed liquids.

In cast iron, for clean, non-abrasive liquids. The simple and compact construction makes it a low-cost pump.
