BKM Series

The Tecnium BKM Series magnetic drive pump is another in a long series of innovations from Tecnium. For situations where a "seal-less" design is called for, the Tecnium BKM Series is your solution! On magnetic-drive pumps, the existence of a third magnetic field positions the impeller in a "neutral" position in a non-hydraulic load, so there are no friction points and no heat generated.

Its unique self-alignment system allows it to be run dry for short periods. The self-alignment system, coupled to its unique plastic manufacturing, allows it to withstand even the harshest of chemicals with no problems in operability.

According to your needs, the shaft can be manufactured in either high purity silicon carbide or ceramic. In "upset" conditions, the pump runs in "neutral" with no irreparable damages. This is an ideal pump for industry.

BN Series

The Tecnium BN Series standard process pump is ideal for operations under the harshest conditions. These pumps feature an impeller with a large steel core to absorb torque and mechanical seal sets that place no additional strain on the body. It’s easy to see how these pumps are making headway into the corrosive chemicals marketplace.

All Tecnium pumps are designed for ease of maintenance for their operations. Their back pullout design allows for the removal of the frame, impeller, shaft and mechanical seal without disassembly from the suction and discharge piping. The motor remains in place as well. The pump utilizes a replaceable shaft sleeve.
